The owner of Rebel Rain, Keith Harvey, currently holds a category 04 Pesticide license and has a Degree in Turfgrass Management from the University of Georgia. Keith is also a Certified Conservation Contractor and is authorized to install Hc3 Irrigation Smart Systems.
